My first diet day

Today is my first day on a diet. This diet consists of eating protein, fruit or vegetables, and some jelly. This morning I ate:
Two eggs.
Jelly.
Smoothie ( I will tell you my recipe at the end).
Fruit or vegetable (I ate banana).

I ate:
2 boiled eggs
Watermelon
Salad: lettuce
radish (I don't like it, but well)
tuna
Strawberry jelly
I made some workout after finished my homework.
I feel fresher because I didn't use to have time to myself and was only at school, I think this quarantine is giving me the chance to look after myself and be more conscious about my dreams and goals for this and the next year, in this time I can take a break and plan my next day to be more productive and make more effort to make my dream true.
my smoothie recipe is:
Ingredients:
1 orange
1 apple
2 tablespoons oats
1 tablespoon of honey
1.-Squeeze the orange
2.-Cut apple
3.-Mix everything in the blender.
4.- drink it immediately
Have a nice day
PD: I don't eat dinner, only a little snack.
